Absolutely! I can see a difference all over. Not only your face but your waiste and arms. Especially between the second before pic and the second after one. Your face is glowing of optimal health. Well its been over a year now and I am currently on maintenance and still trying to adjust to the "new" ME. No major struggles to report, just livin' day to day.
I can really tell... Your face has slimmed down, but I think the thing I see most is the posture and skin looks thicker... more toned and not so loose. In the before especially in your neck and chin area it looked "flabby" and now it is looking so tight and firm!!! Just being honest. I know for myself when I start loosing and working out my skin just seems and appears so firm... DH can tell if I worked out or not it is so noticeable... great job!
