    My 1st ~ 6 Months Atkins Photo Journey!!!

    This is my Atkins Photo Journey !!!

    1st pic ~ 1/4/09 From when I started Induction at 228 pounds, Start Weight !!!

    2nd pic ~ 6/16/09 Six months in during OWL at 181.6 pounds, 46.4 pound loss ~ Yea Me & Whoo Hoo !!!

    3rd pic ~ 1/1/10 I will update my pic again in another six months hopefully in Maint at my Goal Weight of 138 pounds, with a 90 pound total loss !!!

    Thank You for letting me share my progress with all of you!!!

    PS: I have returned to add 2 more Pictures that I found saved on my Laptop that show more of my body & weight loss progress a lot better. Thanks once again for letting me share!!!




    This was taken on April 24th, 09 at 192.8 pounds showing a 35.2 pound loss!!!



    This was taken on June 16th, 09' at 181.6 pounds showing a 46.6 pound loss!!!

        Hi Kaylasgram - I'm only 2 days into induction (1 lb lost so far) - I had to respond to your photos - you are awesome! I am so inspired - congratulations!!
