    never took any body pics, but...

    late october/ november 08 at work


    and now...



    Well, I didnt take any body pics before and after.. but.. I also didnt start my new lifestyle until of course after the holidays, although I didnt indulge myself too much during... but... also, here is the link to my other post http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...od-things.html

    WOW! What a difference, You've got that healthy glow going as well. Great Job!

      Hey - you have cheekbones! I love discovering new bits that I haven't been able to see in years...I think I might have collarbones somewhere in here...

        Wow you really look great. I also noticed that you got smaller yet your office got more cluttered . Way to go and keep it up.

          Thats funny about I've gotten smaller and now my office is more cluttered...
          well... thats funny, but part of it would also be more time here at work... alot more...

                        thanks all for the support!

                        i am finally truly seeing it myself...
                        although, this week im a little down as ive hit that plateu and arent losing like i want to be as well as my inches are not moving at all.. i know in time it will, but.. you know how it goes...

                        i also had a nice one over the weekend, where a really goodfriend noticed and called me skinny... thats good! and felt really good!

                          A little update....
                          This is where I started... not when started Atkins, but my "diet" which was back then... Atkins has been my lifestyle change and not just the diet.... so... this is from late 08
