Here's a picture from the day before I started (7/26/09) and one from today (8/15/09).


Today I weighed 225.4 lbs on the scale and I'm not 100% sure in that first picture (hadn't bought a scale yet), but definitely in the 236+ range.
So in about 20 days I've lost around 10-11 lbs, I want more though!
I'll keep you updated.
EDIT: Oh and for reference here's another picture of when I used to weigh like 170 lbs (my goal) after high school when I had a jaw bone! haha
