    pics-finally :)

    After 8 months of visiting this site since starting Atkins, I've finally worked up the courage to post on here. Viewing the before and after pics has helped me get through those horrible plateaus, and hopefully my pics will help someone, too. Hope to hear some possitive feedback. -Misty :joy

                      My goodness you should have shouting these changes from the mtn tops. Quite the transformation, and you've become even more beautiful. Congrats on the serious weight loss and being such a great success story and photo.

                                                          Wow! You look incredible. Taking pictures is so important to making it through those plateaus. I think that you will definitely inspire others to keep on working through the rough spells. I'm going through one right now and seeing your pictures helps motivate me to dust myself off and keep on going. Thanks for sharing!
