- Weights for an hour x 3 per week (pretty hardcore now, lifting the 90lb dumbbells on back exercises)
- Level 18 on the Elliptical for an hour x 3 per week
- The gym manager even made me member of the month, my profile and pic is up on their bulletin board!

- Size 54 pants to a loose size 44
