This is a picture of me and my sisters and brother taken about 3 weeks ago. I'm the third one on the left in the green and blue shirt. I'm sorry I couldn't figure out how to insert it in my message. I'll keep working on that.

Thanks, sarbirus. I hate having pictures taken of me so it took a lot for me to post it. But I want a visual reminder of what a difference 70+ pounds can make. I hope you will post your picture as well.

Great picture, Cathy...what a happy looking family! Where you are just starting out, try and have someone take a full front and then a profile picture. Trust me on this...you'll be amazed when you look back at them as you lose weight. It is also good for doing side by side comparisons during your weight loss journey.

To post a picture from Photobucket in your post (or signature), simply copy the BBCode from the picture in Photobucket and then paste that code in your post (or siggy). HTH

Mizski - Thanks so much for the suggestions about pictures. I'm going to try to do that this weekend and measure myself. I think that will really motivate me to stay on plan. Thanks also for explaining how to insert a picture. I'm going to try again next week when I have more pictures to share.

I plan to take pictures after every 20 pound loss. I'm almost half-way there as I have lost 8.5 pounds the first week of induction. Maybe by the end of the month I'll have some new pictures.

JUst stick to the plan and give it a 100% and remember your doing it for yourself then hopefully theres no stopping you the goal will be so near.All the best.
