  • Day 14 - Noticing a Change

    Well, this is day 14 of my induction.
    So far, I've lost 13 pounds and can notice subtle changes in my face and tummy area. My husband even metioned that my extra chin is not directly under my chin anymore, it's closer to my neck. To him that is a compliment.

    Looking at the pictures, I can see a subtle change in my cheek and chin area. I have a long way to go and I'm so looking forward to meeting my goals.

    I want to thank everyone on the bulletin board for your support, for posting your comments, pictures, recipes etc. It's a great motivator and helps to keep me on track.

    The change is not so subtle... it's very noticeable! Well done and keep up the sterling work!!
