    Hi all, I just found this pic of me at my highest, two years ago. Next to it is me 49lbs thinner taken this morning. I am wearing the same jacket, which used to not button at all and in fact...the buttons were a good 4 inches away from the buttonholes! Now, the jacket overlaps by about 4-5 inches all over. Yay!

    Measurements:
    Bust: 56 now 50
    Waist: 50 now 44
    Hips: 60 now 52
    Thighs: 34 now 32
    Calves: 24 now 21
    Upper Arms: 19 now 17
    Neck: 16 now 15

    I have a long way to go, but it's a start and I'm feeling better every day.

        Dumbell used in pairs to work the upper body,
        The more expensive the rowing machine, the better quality.

            Hi all,

            Thanks so much for your support! I'm down another pound today, so that makes 50lbs down from my highest weight ever, and 28 lbs down in the 34 days I've been on Atkins.

            I have to say that after years of being on limited calorie diets, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers and every other diet under the sun (cabbage soup, food combining, the Beverly Hills diet, etc) this really has been the easiest way of life for me.

            Good luck to you all; take it one day at a time!
