For the last week I've been eating a few pieces of bacon for breakfast. If I can't have a salad for lunch, I will eat some hard boiled eggs or a cheese burger with no bun. Dinner consists of meat with a side salad, but I actually had egg salad for dinner last night with a tomato slice and creamed spinach. For snacks I eat sliced jalapeno peppers with cream cheese topped with bacon. Check in the produce isle in your grocery store (refrigerated) to see if you can find zero-carb salad dressing.
For only a week you look amazing!!!!... your tummy and butt deff. went down!!!
