            sarbirus - Thanks!

bigpoppa - Up until recently, there has been little to no exercise. I'm trying my best to walk/run 3 miles every day, if not every other. Also, I do as many pushups as I can (not many), and about 200 crunches a day.

gabbysdaddy - Thanks, I need to get on track with that multivitamin.

              U P D A T E :

I'm now down about 55 lb. and thought I would post a couple of updated photos.

It's kind of strange to me how the weight falls off. I feel like I've lost a lot of weight in my upper torso (i.e. I can feel my clavicle, sternum, ribs, etc. with ease), but the photos appear as though the bottom portion of my stomach has gotten bigger.

              From left to right: 350 lb. / 303 lb. / 287 lb.

You are making amazing progress! Keep up the good work!

I can see the progress at each stage. I think you are just seeing an illusion because you were not standing in exactly the same place each time you snapped the shots.

It is okay if it takes me a little longer to get there, besides this is where I'm going to stay forever and that is a really long time!!!
