  • A facial perspective ... WOW

Okay, so I've been at this for a little over two months now and I'm enjoying it 100%. I just thought I'd share with you guys some face pics of mine. I don't have any body pics as I was then and I'm still now afraid to look at myself on camera full bodied.

Anyway, here the most recent FAT picture:

Here's another one with my friend from France. I think we were drunk. Or at least I was. Same weight as previous picture.:

This is the one I took about a month into Atkins:

Another one of the same series, being goofy:

And this is me as of YESTERDAY nearly ending month three:

So, anyway what do you all think? I'm excited about these minor changes. I'm feeling bones in places I didn't know I had bones. For the first time a few weeks ago I discovered my hip bone. LOL. Anyway, I haven't weighed myself since my last weigh in which I posted.

Gotta keep moving. I'll start keeping a more accurate picture journal. Sometimes its so easy to get discouraged, day in and day out. I had to piece these together. Hopefully you can see the difference, though. I'll take a photo at each weigh in going forward. Sorry they are all head shots!

Anyway, thank you for letting me share.

You know for someone 250lbs, you don't really look like it. I guess either 1, its something to do with your genes, or 2, most of the fat are in places off camera! hehe

It's genetic. I have a lot of lean body mass. Everyone in my family is that way. I am still FAT, don't get me wrong, but even when I was 280+, people thought I was 250. So, I guess now I look 220? Who knows.

Thank you all very much! I'm finding that pictures really do help with all the motivation. I was just feeling a little down, but this definitely helped a lot. My next weigh in is technically today, but I may not get to do it until tomorrow.
