    Hey guys, havent been around for awhile!

    I just wanted you all to know that Im still going strong, with a few bumps here and there. Ive lost 44 pounds in 8 months and Im almost to goal! Hope everyone is doing well!


    Heres me with my husband at my heaviest ever....216




    and heres my most recent pic (with my new hair that I LOVE!)

      Thanks Sham! I feel great and its hard to believe sometimes how far Ive come. It really puts it into perspective when I look at those two pictures together.

                  Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
