    Holy crap y'all.

    Pic on the left is from my yearly camping trip w/ friends from 2006. The right side is from my my yearly camping trip w/ friends as of 2 days ago on Halloween 2009. Its probably a good 60 pound difference.
    I never really realized what a huge difference there is until now. And that blue halter top is a size too big now, I had to tuck it into my friggin bra in the back to keep it from falling down. I keep asking my friends WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME! hehehe

                  Um, I was just thinking, 5'10" huh? Boy if I was not 5'2" I would have a whole lot LESS to lose!!! You are sooooo getting closer to your goal weight!

                    Well the good thing about being freakishly tall I guess Mission is its less noticeable if you gain some. bad thing is its usually not noticeable until its waaaay too much. When that first picture was taken, I knew i had gained weight but i really had no idea that it was as bad as it was.

                    This past weekend when that picture on the right was taken, I was in the back of a truck getting some stuff down from it, and my friend took my hand to help me down. I was just going to hop onto the ground but he moved in and i ended up hopping onto him, and he carried me around and laughed at me while i told him to put my back on the ground.

                    I think that may be the first time in 5 years someone has even -been able- to do that to me.

                          ntrylady, I don't know if i'd say I feel 'good' about myself, I have a really skewed version of what I look like, as im sure a lot of overweight (or underweight for that matter) people do.
                          I -will- say though, I'm WAY more confident that I ever used to be. We camp at the renaissance festival, and in that first picture I wore that weird sleeveless shirt around our campsite, but i never would have been caught dead inside the park wearing it. This year I walked around in a halter top like i'd done it all my life. No more constantly tugging at my clothes and feeling like no matter what I wore I looked horrible. I just... put it on and go. Like a normal person lol

                            That's been an awesome feeling for me too... getting clothes in the regular size shops and not attracting attention when I go anywhere for the way I look... looking like a normal person.

                              hah speaking of regular size shops, I don't have to buy bras in lane bryant anymore. I dished out 105 bucks on bras from victoria's secret the other day, and they're actually pretty, not big industrial granny bras. Woo!
