    My Before/After

    Here's me!

    The pics were taken a year apart. I started Atkins at Christmas 2004 and in 4 months I've dropped 25 lbs., haven't had a sugar-shake attack since Christmas and I feel like a new chick! :icondance

              I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                                  Thanks everyone. I'm still finding it hard to believe myself. 4" off my hips and 2" off my thighs. Woo hoo!

                                  I owe it all to my best friend who pointed me in the right direction :icondance

                                  I just can't get over how easy it was to start and stay on this WOE.
