    Ughhhhh my before!!

    Hey Everyone,Ok so here is me August 30th of 2009 at my wedding weighing in at approx 300 pounds. I started atkins January 1st of 2010...then fell off the wagon for about a week and now im on track again. My goal is to be a comfortable size 10. I will post progress pics at the end of this month...

      300 lbs? You carry that weight well Congrats on starting this way of life. You will do great!
      Re re starting this time for good with the support of my husband. He is doing this with me.


      Jan 25th Start Weight 228.6
      Feb 25th 221.6

              Congratulations.....I started Atkins about 3wks ago and have lost 16lbs. I've not felt this healthy for ages......

                      Hey muffy..good luck! I remember you from a year or two ago. I am back on plan also. Stay strong I want to be a size 10 again also.

                              Thanks everyone...But as far as me weighing 300lbs Noone believes I weigh that much. I wish that number wasn't true..lol

                                  I'm the same way Muffy. People were guessing I weighed 250 when I was 300, or they would think 180, when i was 250. It's kinda nice that people think you're a little lighter. But, I know how you feel because the problem is that YOU know how much you weigh. I'm with you lady! Keep at it and you'll get there! Those are beautiful wedding pics by the way. No doubt about it.

                                                      I wanted to see how you were doing? How was Induction. You have ben on Atkins for a little over a month right? Just wanted to see how it was going and to make sure you reached those 200's
