        Atkins Start weight – 333 lbs

        Current weight 282 lbs

        1st major goal 310 lbs (25 December 2009 at 43 days)
        2nd major goal 290 lbs (08 February 2010 at 88 days)
        3rd major goal 270 lbs
        4th major goal 250 lbs


        Goal weight - 240
