right now im 5'3 190, recently quit smokin and packed on 30 lbs in the last 2 yrs, job switch getting married in 3 months, trying to change the way i eat....

I just started up a lunges challenge. Lunges have really helped my glutes.

Anyways you look really good. And the dress is stunning.

Welcome and congratulations! I'm just getting started too. Your wedding dress is gorgeous. Don't go too crazy with the weightloss...you'll be swimming in your wedding dress lol. I lost weight before my wedding and my reception gown was falling off me the whole night. Good luck and cute puppy.

Congratulations, LOVE that dress!!! I hear you regarding the smoking. I quit in Nov and gained 30 in 4 months. It is worth it though, I think the extra weight is still more attractive and healthier than smoking was. Anyhow, good luck to you!

I actually just weighed myself and to my horror, im actually 197ish, i work in a drs office and i used 3 diff scales, lol...apparently they are accurate LOL

So ive got half my water in already and waitin for lunch,,,

Love, love, love that dress! I like how it comes around under the bust, which is the smallest part of a woman's body, did you know that? Good choice anyway. Congrats on your wedding!
