    1 month face shots

    Ok here is 1 month face shot differences....

    This morning (mind the bed head) lol


    SOrry I still don't know how to make pics smaller!!!!! haha




    HW-162/SW-152/CW-140/GW-130...and than some later if needed!

    First goal met 10lbs down
    now on for the next 10

     1st goal: 200 - Met January 29, 2010
         2nd goal: 190 - Met March 26, 2010
     3rd goal: 180
    4th goal: 170

      You look great! I found that I lost all the weight in my face really fast. It was nice because I was getting a lot of comments about how I looked. Some of them were "Did you get a haircut or something?"

        Lol ya I get asked that too, did you cut your hair, or get a new make up routine?! LOL
        I still can't believe the diff when I look at the two pics! Its craziness!

                  Actually before I started atkins a month ago I had lost 10lbs gradually over a couple of months, and just within this past month I've lost 6 more lbs. 6 pounds isnt alot, but the inches are amazing! The scale hasn't budged past 146 but I've lost alot of inches...its weird! lol
