    Started 3-29-10
    Total lost = 26 pounds

    1st goal = Lose 50 pounds
    2nd goal = Get under 200 pounds
    3rd goal = Reach 170 pounds

    just a little closer.......

    Hi Richard - yes, we can definitely see the difference (bet your clothes are feeling looser) - good on you for taking this step - pleased for you for a decent weight loss in less than 2 weeks - and a noticable one too.

    Starting Underarms around chest 38" Now 35" lost 3"
    Starting Bust: 43" Now 41" lost 2"
    Starting Ribcage: 35" Now 33.5" lost 1.5"
    Starting Waist: 33" Now 32" lost 1"
    Starting Hips: 42" Now 40.5" lost 1.5"
    Stating Upper arm: 12" Now 11.5" lost 0.5" x 2 = 1"
    Starting Thigh: 23" Now 22" lost 1" x 2 = 2"
    Lost 12" total

    Mount Everest - 6,035/58,070 steps - started 29th April 10

      Good work. I started off 40 lb lighter than you and within 5 months, when that little picture of me on the corner was taken, I dropped 45 months but built a heck of a lot of muscle.

      Richard, you're doing fine. I was comparing your before and after pics and you have lost body fat.
