So, I'm half way to my goal. I've been on Atkins since January 9th and have had a LOT of hiccups on the way (3 times coming off plan due to illness and 2-3 weekend long cheats).
I'm kinda disappointed due to know that I could probably be down another 10lbs or more if I haven't had those hiccups but at the same time I am estatic at my progress.
I notice the loss mainly in my face, everyone else notices it in my mid-section (I personally don't notice much but also don't have a side view to compare). I started off wearing a 44-46" jeans, now wearing a 40"-42" jeans (the 42"s are starting to get way to big.
I am hoping to be in the 220's by my birthday which is a little over 2 months away. Once I hit goal, I plan on enlisting into the Canadian military (served 5 years in the USMC, so time to serve my other country when I get healthy enough).
