Hello everyone, I am 9 days in and feeling really good about this.
I started a lowfat/low cal program on March 3 and lost 12 lbs in 5 1/2 weeks. Not only did I feel hungry all the time that 12 lbs was up down up down. I was getting so frustrated because I felt like I was eating right and exersizeing at least 45 mins a day and not getting good results.
My friend at work has has so much success on Atkins I thought I would try it.. Boy am I glad I did.. I started on 4-8-10 and have been very faithfull counting carbs and trying to do do the right mixes of fats, proteins and carbs. I am now down 8 lbs.
Everyone on this board has been GREAT and so Helpful. I am so glad I am on the right track.
I will post more pics along the way... (I will get the nerve up for those body shots)
Everyone on the board is so inspirational to me and I hope someday my pics will give someone else that inspiration.
