A lean mean Atkins machine. It looks like when your tour is over you could run across Europe, swim the Atlantic, pop up on a Jersey beach and long jump to Philly! More importantly, THANK YOU for your service to our country and God Bless.

I take my hat off to you men (and women) who serve to protect our freedom (which many take for granted so much). Very admirable.

It is, I gained about 25 lbs, I just made sure it wasn't fat this time. When trying to gain muscle mass you will always gain some fat back too. The ratios of what goes to which change according to your body fat percentage when you start to gain. More will go to lean body mass if your below 10% bf when you start. So going down to 150 lbs was way under what I wanted to weigh but it lays the ground work for building back up.

So now I go down to about 7% and try to gain till I reach 10% then cycle it that way. It's a slow process but eventually I'll reach my goals. (hopefully)
