I failed atkin twice because i didn't follow atkin's rules (exercising & supplement), but i know atkin is the only way i can lose weight and keep it off, so i follow by the book, drink lots of water, exercising, supplement, get most carbs from vege, then there goes! I can't believe i was thisfat until i saw my before pic and compare it to my current pic (although not too obvious), sometimes i do cheat but i'll get back on track straight away (next meal) and continue, its not easy to go cheat free for me, so instead of giving up atkins totally, i'll slowly reduce the amount im cheating (so i can slowly changing my lifestyle). Hope i can post my 'goal' pic in few months time~!
