Becky Sue's REWARD

My dear mother gave me her prized diamond earings this weekend. Our family was all together to the Pioneer Days Celebration in Guymon, Oklahoma and mom handed me a small white jewelery box.

She told me that since I am doing such a great job sticking to my new way of eating that she thought I deserved this gift.

My dad passed away in 1996. I wish he was able to see that I have finally found a plan that is making me healthier, happier and one that I can live with the rest of my life.

He was diabetic and died of heart disease and we know that the diabetes robbed him of many years.

I just had to share my good news with all my atkineer friends.
