  • For my own sanity - Mother's Day progress pics

Here we go - progress is slow but it's comin' along.

I haven't taken any progress pics which is a no-no, since they really keep me sane and on-track.

Started Atkins in Jan/05 and as of today I have lost 12 lbs. Not huge by any means, because I have struggled, but I am sticking with things. At least it's 12 lbs off and not the other way around, which it well may have been if I hadn't started Atkins in the first place.

FYI, I am 39 years old and will be 40 in September. My goal is to get down to 120-115 lbs by my birthday. I'm 5'1" short, and I am married with 2 great girls, Kaia who is 2 1/2 and Danika who will be 9 soon.

You look great! Wow! 12 lbs makes such a difference. i just started the Induction phase, and I am trying to fight the cravings of eating esp. fruit. What are your suggestions for when the cravings hit? I am going to look at oyur pic for inspiration because "just" the 12 lbs makes an incredible difference. I am going to post before(current pics) as soon as I figure out how to do this. Love and paeace. Flo
