my daughter took a pic of me on mothers day in a swimsuit. the swimsuit is a size 16 - a size I have not seen in years.

i'm embarressed by the pic, I still have a big gut. But
I do think I have lost weight in other places. So for
that reason I am posting it now.

This is definately proof positive that even if the scale doesn't
move you can go down in sizes.

What a difference, great choice of swimwear and and a great job of work with the weightloss. As usual with marked weightloss you look years younger. As for stabilising your health? A great acheivement for yourself and a gift for your family!

Nicely done...guess you haven't been to a beach lately. You won't be conspicuous at all, believe me! The obesity epidemic is never more obvious than on our beaches here on Long Island in the summer.
