When u do 14 days of induction..go off atkins a few times bak and forth and u get back into ketosis..ur body picks up as if it were like were u left off in induction? so...u go to OWL pretty much right? You can never get those 14 days back and so on

Your first 14 days are your first 14 days. So if you've done the 14 days, then slip for 4 days and go back to Induction, counting the next 14 as your "new Induction" doesn't work in terms of figuring out your metabolic resistance to weight loss. If your Induction is similar to this pattern: on Induction for 5 days, off for 1, on Induction for 7 days, off for 2, on Induction for 5 days, off for 2 days, etc. Then if you want to move onto OWL, you need to make sure you are in ketosis. If you aren't then you need to follow Induction until you are. Then you move into OWL.~Megs~
