What a week!
My current work clothes are huge, my long size 18 skirt (that was tight) now hangs on my hips, so off I went to buy a new skirt.
Hesitantly, I tried on the size 16, it didn't fit. It was too big! So I try on a 14 and it fits beautifully. Not only that, it is reduced from $179 to $59. Yay!
Motivated by that and a frantic day at work, I finally sign up for the gym, I've been talking about it for months. I figure I need to update my sports bra, bouyed my success with the skirt, I ditch my 18D in favour of a 16D, again too big. Yet another pleasant suprise, I'm now a 14DD. Super Yay!
So I've now got my gym program organised and loving it and around comes Tuesday morning - my weigh day.....
82.1kg!!!
I finally have a BMI of 25 and now I need to update my signature, I have surpassed my first mini-goal.
At my heaviest, I was 102kg, I lost about 10kg with low-cal / low-fat but gave up after six months due boredom and feeling run down, so I put half of it back on.
I'm not sure how most of this converts to US sizes, ummm. Ok, thanks to google...
82.1kg is 180 pounds / 180cm is 6 feet / AU women's clothing is about 2 sizes bigger, so my size 14 would be a US size 10.
Considering I have a large frame, I'm ecstatic with those numbers. :icondance
Thanks to all the good advice I've received here so far and thanks to Tickletussler for putting a local slant on things too.
