    I am giving up caffeine this morning got up had a cup just about puked so my body is telling me something get rid of the caffeine so I am. Plus it wrecks havoc on the adrenals and causes your body to deal with stress horribly. I think I am having some weird things from caffeine consumption and so bye bye caffeine. I will do anything to feel better and so I will take this step and do it. Also my weight is stalled so I am getting rid of the caffeine. I hadn't had it at all when I began Atkins then about 3 months in started having it regular and then 2 moths ago a lot to deal with my fatigue. BAD BAD.

    Wish me luck I bought myself some natural herbal coffe which is made with chicory it tastes good so I am happy to have that instead and plus it's a natural detoxifier.

                Sarah i gave it up a couple of weeks ago...it was defintely one of the hardest things for me. I didnt drink to much just 1 cup in the am but i figured it would help me to give it up. GOOD luck to you!

                  Sarah, good luck on you kicking the caffein habit. I gave up real coffee 3 months ago, and now only occasionally drink some decaf. I don't feel that need anymore, it does happen, with time!!! :yes

                    Caffeine withdrawal is so similar to sugar withdrawal ... but you can do it!!

                      Hey Sarah. Good luck to you!!! You CAN do it though. I quit cold turkey when I started Atkins in August last year. It was rough. Expect headaches and general lousy feeling. But ya know what?? I don't miss it at all! Hang in there girlie.

                        I am doing ok here today woke up with a severe headache had to take some asprin Doing ok so far really Bitchy like CRAZY I wanna rip someones head off. I ended up crashing on the chair for 2 hours after I put my baby to bed well he's almost 2 so not such a baby. I woke up feeling soo much better.

                        Thanks all for being in my corner this is so hard but, anything that causes this type of reaction is worth giving up for sure.
