Sucrose syrup is totally sugarlicious badness!

I can't believe they market the stuff and call it water. If you can't wash your hair in it, it's so not water!

My daughter loves that stuff but I rarely buy it for her. She swims and runs so much she has trouble keeping weight on so I don't worry about it as long as it's not a daily thing. Besides, it tastes awful!

This is what you should look like if someone offers you Propel water or anything with sucrose corn syrup.... :guns.
I totally dig that comment about the water and hair. Gotta use that one :laughing

So this is REAL sugar then? I wasn't sure because it didn't list aspartane as one of the ingredients, I thought perhaps it might be okay. They do market this stuff as a fitness drink though. I know sugar = carbs.. but isn't something like Splenda even worse for you health wise? I don't mean carb. wise, I mean generally overall it is a chemical right? Please advise.

take everyting in moderation just because splenda is legal doesnt mean you down it. splenda is mad from sugar, sucralose is a healthier version of sugar

I thought you said sucrose syrup... did you mean to say sucralose?

I still wouldn't wash your lovely tresses in it! Go for the plain-o jane-o water! And if you need some flava, add a drop or oregano oil (sold at Wal-Mart).
