i gained 1.5 pnds..its a diff scale but i have been going up since 2 dys which i lost 3 pnds..now its up and up more...i've beeen iun induction..and i decided to do OWL when i go bak home since im on a trip...OWL slows ur weight loss..so i want more as possible..but i seem to be gaining on induction. I started atkins in Dec and lost a few pnds..and then i went of and on and off and on for about 1 mnth and now im on day five of induction again...and unsure of why im gaining....u think OWL will speed up weight loss bc the sticky says like 1 pnd per week and i usually lose more anyway. help quick please
menu includes something like
breakfast: 2 eggs and on ounc swiss cheese
lunch: 3.3 ounces tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 ounce cheese, 1 cup lettuce, 2 tbsp dressing
snack: 3.3.ounce can tuna with 1 tbsp mayo
dinner: 4.5 ouncs white fish or salmon, 2 cups lettuce, caesar dressing or instead of the lettuce, mushrooms and one cup lettuce.
help. am i losing inches bc i dont have measuring tape where i am and dont wanna serve as an inconvinience to my hosts..which we will be busy all day long.. i wont buy that.
