You might. You might not. There's no real way of knowing.

The real question you want to ask is whether a person would stop at one bite. You eat it...your blood sugar rises...you wake up that sleeping sugar monster and god knows what'll happen.

Not necessarily - if I ever cheat like that I usually find that if I go out for a walk or something very soon afterwards, the carbs from the cheat get used up quickly to provide energy for the exercise and so long as the one bite stays at one bite 9 times out of 10 I get away with it. Of course, it may stall you just the same, but if you manage to stay in ketosis it should at least mean your appetite doesn't jump and you start reaching for more cake.

The only way to find out is to use ketostix regularly - if you know you're in ketosis before the cheat, test regularly afterwards to see how it's affected you.

Not necessarily, but probably. If you up your exercise to burn off those excess carbs and calories, you may stay in ketosis. However, eating that cake will change your blood sugar and most likely trigger cravings. If you decide to eat that cake (which everyone would encourage you not to) then you need to get strict about your eating for the rest of the day and probably the next two and up your exercise.

                Its not worth it.

It depends on your CCLL. If you go 1 carb over it, you'll stop losing weight as all OWLers know.
