This came from the Centrum Daily Essentials newsletter:

    Drink More, Gain Less
Did you know that dehydration can slow your metabolism by 3%? That means that a 150-pound woman could burn 45 fewer calories a day—which could translate into nearly 5 extra pounds a year. So fill that water glass, and drink up!

I believe I will never have to worry about dehydration again!

Also, For all of those who are taking up exercising, be sure to increase your water intake because your body is going to need it for your muscles.

I swear the last couple of days I have went to the toilet 40 times LOL. That's one thing that sucks about water but, it keeps me healthy so lets drink up and flush out some more fat and toxins. Did you know if you don't drink your water when your body is flushing fat it will reabsorb the fat that you worked so hard to lose. It goes back to where you lost it from. Now if that doesn't get you drinking I don't know what will.

I drink Aquafina in the 16.9 oz bottles. I drink 4 of them throughout the day at work and then at least 1 at home in the evening. That gives me a minimum of 84.5 oz every day. :capital :capital :capital :capital :capital

Yesterday I bought a 10 litre (338 oz) jug of water with a pour spout in the bottom (only about $3). It's slim, so I can put it in the fridge and pour cold water from it. Then re-fill when it's empty. I drink about 3 litres of water per day, so I'll be refilling it often. But that's good weight -bearing exercise - it's heavy!

Now if I could only stop having to go pee so much!

Edited to add: actually, I think I drink more like 4 or 5 litres of water perday since I'm constantly refilling my 591ml bottle. Is this too much?
