  • Lovely grill!

Just have to say that I love my George Foreman Grill! I live alone and have a busy schedule so it is so easy and to just grill up a pork chop, lamb chop (one of my favourites), steak, chicken breast, etc. It even grills from frozen, which is great because I buy in bulk and freeze my meat. While grilling I can throw together some veggies and voila! meal is done! These sorts of grills are such a time saver - and it saves my from my old habits of ordering delivery food because I didn't want to cook a whole meal. I used to order out at least 4 or 5 times per week - no wonder I gained weight!

Just to be clear, I am in no way affiliated with George Foreman. He just happens to have his name on my lovely grill. I'm sure others are lovely as well.

I have the family size one, I think it is called. It can get about 6 hamburgers on it at once. I don't always like cleaning it, but it makes good steaks.

I love mine, too. It does make meal preparation fast. Did you ever try to grill your veggies on this? Yummy!

Hmm, veggies on there are so yummy!! Although a bit of a pain when you have a small grill and have to shove them around the edges of your meat. But still so very good :yes

I loved my George Foreman grill as well. I say "loved" because it bit the dust! :sadblinky But it was the small one, I got it when I was single. I'm looking at buying the big one soon. They have it at Penney's for $98 , but it comes with a bonus, the rotisserie! I have a 10% off coupon so that would be a decent deal, hope its still on sale at payday time. The rotisserie is great for doing, chicken, cornish hens and rib roasts!

I almost forgot, in case you guys haven't tried it yet, bacon cooks perfectly on the George Foreman! Cooks evenly and there is no splatter! :joy

Oh no, it is sooo easy to clean up. Just be sure and do it when its hot! I leave it plugged in and squeeze some soapy water onto it, then it just wipes off with a wet sponge! takes no time at all.

I saw the grill on HSN this morning (Tuesday).
It is the large George Foreman with the removable grill plates that you can put in the dishwasher and the top has a warmer to keep items warm while grilling.

It is a special price for around $59.-$69 (I forgot the price)
Thought it might be helpful for those who would like to upgrade.

I love mine especially for salmon and the fact that you can grill frozen items.

I traded in my George Foreman for a cast iron skillet with the grid marks in it. Much better imo. The George Foreman steams the meat too much. This is a little closer to grilling. It was less than $20 bucks too.
