Just a quick question. This is my second time around on Atkins so I'm wondering what I should consider my start weight? I started at 278 two years ago and at 271.5 (probably plus some since that was day 6). I've been counting from 271.5 but I see some people count from their original Atkins start weight.
Thoughts?
