  • Starting over again ... waahh

I went off of the diet after 2 whole months for a trip to Seattle and majorly binged! Ahhh!

I have to say, I do feel much healthier on the diet than off! I feel disgusting now! And bloated and fat!

I am scared to see how much a weigh now. And I am scared to go back on... don't want to Induction flu. I'm starting again tomorrow....

Pick yourself up, learn from it, and move on. We're all here to give you some support, and you WILL feel crap the next few days what with Induction flu and guilt, but that's ok, you'll get through it on the other side.

Don't be too scared about induction flu. Whenever I fell off the wagon, I actually felt better right away when I got back on induction. Possibly because I was so sick after the binge, how could I feel worse.

Hahaha, everyone is so supportive... thanks everyone!

Also, I weighed myself.. GAINED 5 LBS!! Normally I guess that wouldn't be so bad, but I don't have too much to lose really. Oh well, I bet it'll fly off of me in no time

                    I hope :yikes

Vacations have a way of throwing many off the wagon - At least your getting back on now before you have gained everything back.

The reason vacations throw so many off the wagon is people have this mind-set of "I am on vacation and I will enjoy myself and eat whatever I want" but this backfires to almost everyone that goes with this thinking.

Soon I will be going on vacation myself and I am trying to avoid that very same mentality so I will be bringing my own food and plenty of books to read to keep my mind occupied~
