Does anyone know of any low carb recipes for a spinach artichoke dip?

Typically, they all are. Most spinach and artichoke dips contain cream cheese, mayo, or sour cream.

I usually have spinach and artichoke "dip" as a side dish for roast chicken or turkey. But I decrease the amount of cream cheese by half and add alittle more spinach. :yummy

Maybe you could use the pork rinds to dip it in? Or celery?

Sounds like a good snack to me :yes

I was definitely not a pork rind eater, but with everyone being into the cook-outs and chips and salsa at every single cook-out, I wanted a substitute. So, tried the pork rinds with salsa. Actually liked it. Might be good with your dip also.
