          Yay is right! I didn't realize how much time I spend here until I couldn't. :yikes So thank you to all who post on this board and to the admins for bringing it back up! Seeing everyone's struggles and triumphs has really been a huge motivation for me. And I'm down 10 lbs since May 21st! Woo hoo! The support of this board is helping me stay 'pure to the plan' in ways I never did my first time on Atkins. My first time around I lost only 5lbs in the same amount of time. Hurray!

          Now off to go for a bike ride before it gets wayyyyyy too hot here.
