    With all this talk about water, you might be interested in checking out some of the testimonials on www.watercure2.com.

    Lot's of people on their have improved their health tremendously by increasing their water intake. I'm currently challenging myself to drink 128 ounces while I'm at work Monday thru Friday. I also drink water before work, and after, but I don't keep track of how much. I figure I'm getting at least 150 ounces per day. Now I'm just waiting for the pounds to start melting off!

    The more water you drink, the easier it is to drink it and increase the amounts. Water goes down so easy for me!

          I love my water, when I told my dr. I was drinking over 120ozs a day and he told me to cut back, that I only needed 64ozes a day, I just felt like my horns were gonna pop out of my head lol

            At a certain point I was drinking something close to 200 ounces and I must say I was feeling a bit light in the head, I never realised it could be connected to my water intake, but then a friend said that too much water can be wrong too, indeed connected with washing out too much sodium, so I cut down on my water and indeed the lightheadedness went away.
            Now I drink something like a maximum of 130 ounces, that's still more than what I should drink according to our woe, but I feel great with it, I just loooooove water !!! :joy
