    Virtual Model

I know this link has been posted before, but we have a lot of newbies on board!

We've been having a lot of fun with this website in the journaling section of ADBB. It was suggested we post the link here for everybody to enjoy.

You must sign up to do this, but it is free. You plug in your height, weight, etc., and it shows you a virtual model of how you look. Its fun to plug in your goal weight and see what you have the potential to look like at goal.

Hope you all have fun with this, we sure are!

I enjoy looking at my "starting weight" model, then I plug in my current weight model, and then my goal weight model. Sometimes I even go 10 lbs. below my goal to see what that would look like. I guess I have too much time on my hands, lol.

              Hi Ranita.

I guess this is the way we have to communicate, since I never see you. (tear)

With your height, I'm sure you looked wonderful at 200.
