    I am back

    I was away for awhile from this site because i just decided i was at a good weight well yah right guess what i gained almost 20 back i don't even know when i came back on but i just noticed i have no clothes that fit what a bummer......now i finally realize this is a way of life not just summer fling....so any way just wanted to say hello again and say i am back to stay

    Hello jessicalynn!

    I totally can relate to what you have experienced! Even though I'm new to the board I've been on Atkins 3 or 4 times and lost weight but quit when I reached goal. Now I understand that Atkins is no quick fix. It's a total lifestyle change so good luck and glad to have you back on Atkins for good.

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
