Yes, I know, we've had hundreds of these posts I'm sure... but I use them coz they have less carbs than flaxseed meal, SO my question is, which do I take as the most accurate carb count?

Net carb? = Total Carbs minus Dietary Fibre = 5.81g
Until now I've always taken husks as pure fibre therefore didn't its count carbs. But as I'm taking 1/4 cup a day I decided to enter into Fitday and surprised to find it contained carbs.
So do I go by Fitday?
