Well done Laurenad :joyWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Mary-chan, you definitely can! I lost 11 lbs one month because I did one thing differently: I watched my calories fairly closely. What we don't realize, once we get to OWL, is that we eat high calorie foods, ie. fatty foods, which are wonderful, but the calories add up quickly. This is definitely a concern if you have added nuts. Nuts are nutritionally fab, but just a few for a snack can end up being 500 calories! :yikesOriginally posted by Mary-chanAwesome!!! I am definitely not saying to count every little calorie, but to be wary of your calories and listen very closely to your satiety center. Eat only enough to feel satiated, not stuffed, choose fat/protein snacks that are NOT like the foods that used to get us into trouble, ie nuts (how easy is it to keep on popping these little yummies into our mouths?), and drink so much water you feel like floating. That is what I did that month, and ever since March, I haven't lost less than 6 lbs per month by continuing that trend.
BTW, I suggest not only aerobic exercise, but weight lifting too. I do floor exercises with weights and push-ups (you don't need a gym), which I think is almost more important than aerobic exercise for fat loss, due to the muscle building.
