Oh no my strips are not purple any more. They are negative .. Does that mean i have to go back to intro ???????????????????

If you are following Atkins according to the book, don't sweat it, you're fine.
You can be in ketosis and not show any result on a stick...and depth of colour has no bearing on anything. Save your money for new clothes! :joy

Thanks... I kind of saw that 2 minutes before coming back to my computer.. i lost 1 more pound.... yes yes yes :icondance I broke the 140....... I honestly did not think i could do it... I broke it finally.....

I had the same problem once and it turned out my sticks went bad! I bought a new bottle and they were dark purple. They're only good for a month or two.

strips also stop turning pink/purple once you are eating around 50g carbs
