Well TOM finally showed up! I think my new way of eating caused my system to go a little wacky and i was a couple days late which is way out of the norm for me, but other than that, all's good. I am nearing the end of week three with no weight loss or gain this week. I lost 7 pounds during the first two weeks. Do you think Tom coming up stalled me? I am hoping after a couple days I'll go back to losing again. Also, My basal is 1450, but I've been avg around 1200-1300 and feeling great on that. However last few days i've naturally eaten about 1300-1500 without trying. Maybe either my body needed more cals, and i made up for it without realizing it, or TOM made me want more cals or something. I'm just needing a little encouragement on hearing that if i continue as planned that i'll start losing again soon. Part of me feels bad for having 1500 cals, but logically i know that's crazy too feel bad. I still have a hard time fathoming how many cals some of you can eat and still lose weight. I have read dandr and I do concentrate on carbs first of all, but i still like to keep track of both. I still have 14 lbs to lose and am starting in OWL now. On a fiunny note, I tried asparagus today, and i felt like a kid again, not wanting to eat my veggies. I love veggies even as a arb addict, but asparagus is not for me, now or ever. Thankfully I am obsessed with broccoli. I am avg 20-25 net carbs a day. Can anyone tell me their experience on losing the last 14 pounds? I know it will likely be slower.
