Is it possible too loss 'too much' wieght on adkins? To the point of unhealthiness?
It (strangely) just occured to me that my fiancee has ALOT more weight to loose than I do. I'm 5'2" and weight about 130ish with an average bone structure. While it'd be nice to lose that 10-15lbs, the reason we started this is he is 6'11' and about 260ush and average bone structure and wants to not only get in shape but 'get healthy'. We've been trying to do induction for about a month now, but odd work hours and a very ill dog have put us more into 'comfort food' zones and very on edge tempers.
With this past us, we're getting back on track. We've already lost a little weight and inches between this (fact of like he'll loose quicker than I will :sadblinky ) And since I cook for just the two of us, if he chooses to go on with induction for longer, I'll be eating the same thing, and so on through the different levels. I cant imagine cooking two seperate meals for only two people.
Do you think that I need to just accept having to cook two meals? Or would I be somewhat ok staying on Induction, OWL and premaintence somewhat longer than neccessary?
I know being female and having less to loose means that i'll take longer to hit my goal weight, but I doubt it'll drag out long enough for him to loose all the weight he'd like, even though he is loosing faster.
Any experices with this anyone? Even somone giving me the proverbial bop upside the head and telling me I'm a worry wort would be appriciated
