Favourite curry recipes - Let's share!

Remember the Food and Cooking Chat forum? I am interested in hearing from Atkineers who love curries. If you don't have a favourite, come over and list a curry that you have been eating/making while you have been on Atkins - you never know, someone may come up with the recipe for you to try at home!

Come on Atkineers!!! I know there are some fantastic curries the UKers can make (eg chicken tikka masala)... there must be some Thai curries (Nursey's got a lovely green curry recipe somewhere), or what about those of you who know how to make Indonesian or Malaysian curries? We all know about the Indian curries, but come over and share it anyway!
