:icondance I can't believe it. I am finally 20lbs lighter than I started. I was 163 at the end of march when I started and am now bouncing between 142 and 143. I began by sticking completly to the rules but later I had ice cream once a week then stoped that and latly have been having net carb chocolate. That stuff tastes so good and I find it works great for not gaining anything, but if you are trying to lose really quickly be careful because it does stall your weight loss a bit. I'm sticking to this still though because I want to keep losing weight gradually. I am so happy someone discovered Atkins! Yipee! :joy

conGRATS!!!!
I've made a bunch of mistakes.... etc. etc..... but I believe this is the only way to go for me...
I'm finally down to 157.... (from a high of 189)... lost a few on a non-atkins plan... started Atkins at 180
I'll be ECSTATIC when I lose 20 more!!!
