hey can sum1 plz tell me what a FAST FAT DIET is....i hear its part of the atkins diet or sumthing, please help me and tell me how to do it

Per DANDR:

You should be in a total stall (no weight or inches lost) for well over a month after intensly and strickly following the rules of induction.
